Entrepreneurial spirited and highly motivated, Rajiv has over 20+ years of consulting and leadership experience in managing complex business-technology projects across a wide range of applications. These include engineering & instrumentation, supply chain planning, healthcare services, e-learning, recruitment, mobile customer marketing and performance management. With a keen sense of strategic insight into problem analysis Rajiv has helped clients in conducting competitive and feasibility studies of new products/markets and analyzing operations for optimized workflows and leveraging technology automation. He manages the US operations, strategic direction and new product solutions for the company.

Rajiv is actively involved within his local community. He serves as Secretary of the Board for the Ladue Education Foundation and is President of the Sikh Gurudwara of St. Louis. He is a scout master for the local Cub Scout Pack, and volunteers as the Committee Chair for fund raising and Diversity Awareness at the Elementary School.  

Rajiv has a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from University of Missouri, St. Louis.

Highly energertic and a self starter, Vivek has13+ years of experience spent in business development and management of technology processes. Under his leadership the company has steadily grown the recruitment practice from a one man-one client shop to over 100+ personnel worldwide and grown Source Pundit’s global coverage from the Middle East to the Far East. Starting from the EPC and IT services markets, Vivek has led this steady drive of excellence and performance into other recruitment sectors including Defense services and Executive Search and today we serve some of the most prestigious companies in the Defense and the EPC sectors. Vivek manages the India operations, Software Development Center and the Recruitment Solutions for the company.
